There is no fee for attending the conference, however, pre-registration is required. To register, please click on the "Registration" link on the top of this page. Registration for the WebWise Conference reaches capacity every year. Therefore, early registration is recommended.

How do I make a hotel reservation? Is there a special conference rate?
A limited number of sleeping rooms have been blocked at the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace at a group rate of $149.00/night (single or double occupancy) + 14.85% tax.

The cut-off date for the group rate is Tuesday, February 27, 2012 at 6:00 PM ET. Reservations will be accepted after this date on a space and rate available basis only. Please note that our room block will fill up. Therefore, you are encouraged to make your hotel reservation immediately in order to ensure availability.
Will high-speed internet access be available at the WebWise Conference?
Complimentary wireless internet access will be available in the general session room, the pre-conference rooms, and guest rooms. The hotel recently made a significant upgrade to their internet infrastructure, so we anticipate excellent connectivity in the meeting rooms.

Baltimore Washington International (BWI) is location approximately 8 miles from the Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel. Where and when will the opening welcome reception be held?
At this time, the location for the opening welcome reception is still to be determined. However, we do know that it will in the early evening on Wednesday, February 29, 2012. Details will be posted on the conference website and will also be sent to you via email.
Are any pre-conference sessions being offered?
Yes, the following three sessions will be taking place on Wednesday, February 29th:
- 9:00 am – 4:30 pm – Unconference (Full Day)
- 9:00 am – 12:30 pm – Pre-Conference #1 (Half-Day)

Can anyone attend the pre-conference sessions on Wednesday, February 29th?
Yes, anyone can attend the pre-conference sessions. However, pre-registration is required and attendance will be limited to 150 guests for each session.
How do I register for a pre-conference session?
There is no fee to attend a pre-conference session. When you register for the overall WebWise Conference, you will have the option to sign up for a pre-conference session.
What meals will be provided during the conference?
Continental breakfast will be provided for those who attend the unconference and pre-conference #1. A boxed lunch will be provided for the unconference participants only.
The opening reception on Wednesday, February 29, 2012 is open to all conference attendees.
Continental breakfast, mid-morning break, lunch, and an afternoon break will be provided on Thursday, March 1, 2012 for all conference attendees.
